James Bobb & Associates, Inc. is a full service residential real estate appraisal office dedicated to providing to the mortgage lending industry or client a complete and professional appraisal report using state-of-the art equipment, procedures, methodology and technology.  

James Bobb has been in the real estate business since 1989, is a state certified residential fee appraiser through the Arizona Board of Appraisal as well as a level II certified property appraiser through the Arizona Department of Revenue and a licensed Arizona real estate broker.

James is FHA approved as well as being on approved lists of most national and local lenders.  James is a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors, Southeast Valley Association of Realtors, Tucson Association of Realtors, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service and the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers.

To provide to the client in a timely manner, a quality 100% digital appraisal product that serves the needs of the client in a supported & defendable manner that will stand up to the underwriting and appraisal review process at a competitive price. 

  Areas of Coverage:

We provide residential appraisal services for 1-4 units that covers all of Maricopa, Pima & Pinal counties.  This includes the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area as well as outlying communities that include; Buckeye, El Mirage, Tonopah, Black Canyon City, New River, Desert Hills Anthem, Sun City, Avondale, Goodyear, Carefree, Cave Creek, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Coolidge, Florence, Kearny, Casa Grande, Arizona City, Eloy and the Tucson metropolitan area.
